Your manner humbles me old dog

I am sorry I swept your vulnerable arm
which is a tormentor
For torturous mentorship we played feisty
in snows first frozen night the stars starting to twinkle in twilight.

Your manner humbles me
Most convincingly you portray a sufferable blow
holding your arm tenderly and letting your hips
into the snow
you whine and accuse
but then
I'm forgiven.

You,
with your gallant bones.
